BoxDryy® 100g Desiccant Bag for Transport and Storage

Moisture inside packaging can damage sensitive goods during shipping and storage. BoxDryy® 100g desiccant bags absorb moisture within boxes, crates and other shipping packaging, helping protect products throughout their journey or storage period.

Designed for direct placement inside packaging, BoxDryy® can be used with unpackaged goods without additional film wrapping. This reduces the need for extra protective film and saves time during packing.

High-performance moisture absorption

Each bag contains an efficient magnesium chloride active granulate. According to the manufacturer, BoxDryy® provides 2.5 to 5 times the dehumidification performance of standard desiccants, depending on relative humidity.

The salt-starch mixture binds absorbed moisture into a solid, leak-proof mass inside the pouch. A water vapour-permeable Tyvek® membrane allows moisture to enter through the top, while the reverse has a moisture-impermeable barrier layer.

Suitable for a wide range of goods

BoxDryy® 100g moisture absorber bags can be used in packaging containing:

Textiles and clothing: household fabrics, garments and other textile products.
Leather goods: shoes, handbags and leather accessories.
Untreated metals: metal components and moisture-sensitive parts.
Electronic devices: electronics requiring protection from moisture during transport or storage.
Pharmaceutical products: moisture-sensitive goods within appropriate shipping packaging.
Food-related products: packaging applications involving indirect contact with food.

Its confirmation of food safety relates to indirect food contact, not placement directly into food.

Moisture protection for larger packaging

The 100g size offers a flexible option for larger packaging units, high ambient humidity and longer storage periods. It can be incorporated into packing processes for household goods, commercial shipments and export packaging. The number of bags required depends on the packaging volume, humidity, storage duration and goods being protected. Select the quantity to suit the application rather than assuming one bag is sufficient for every shipment.

How to use BoxDryy® 100g

Place the intact desiccant bag directly inside the box, crate, container or shipping packaging alongside the goods. Keep the printed side marked “DO NOT COVER THIS SIDE!” uncovered, allowing water vapour to reach the breathable membrane. Additional film wrapping around the goods is not required for the intended inbox application, helping reduce packaging material and handling time.

Returns Policy

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send photographic evidence and we will arrange a refund or replacement once the goods have been returned and inspected. This company, without a doubt, has the best customer service I've ever experienced. First, their boxes are so sturdy - not going to start crushing in the van at all.
