We currently accept all major credit cards. We also accept Goggle and Apple Pay. If you choose the free click and collect option we can accept card payments at our depot.
You may cancel an order free of charge within a specific timeframe. Delivery charges must be charged once we have dispatched your order to the courier. As stated above, delivery is expected between 2-3 days after an order has been placed. Typically, an order will take 1 working day to process and organise delivery. You should try to cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid delivery and order fees. Should you decide to return your order to us, you will only be provided with a refund once the items have been inspected and deemed to be in satisfactory condition. You are liable for any shipping costs in this instance.
Our website is a fully functioning e-commerce website. Simply click on any product listed and add to your cart. Once your cart is filled and you have made sure your order is correct, you can then enter your billing and delivery information and we can begin processing your order.
We do not hold any stock at our office in Cork City. If you choose the Free Click and Collect option you will need to collect your order from Aaltonen International Moving & Storage, Barnagore, Ovens, P31EP95. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection by email or text. Free Click and Collect is available from 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are currently offering free local delivery to specific areas in Cork City and suburbs when you spend over €10.00. We also offer free delivery on both Large and Elite Moving Kits Nationwide. There is also the option of Free Click and Collect from our main depot in Ovens, Co. Cork.
At the moment, we ONLY ship to counties in the Republic of Ireland.
Our standard hours of delivery are business hours (Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm except for Bank Holidays). All orders are delivered securely wrapped in pallet wrap to ensure the products are clean and free from any damages. If you notice damages or discrepancies with your delivery please do not sign for it and raise the issue with us by taking photographs and sending them to [email protected]. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then investigate the matter with the courier. A full refund may be applicable if the goods are returned to us in the same condition as the photographic evidence provided. We may also choose to replace the damaged product with no further delivery charges. Refunds will only be made to the same billing account used to make the purchase.
Delivery should be expected 2-3 days after day of ordering. Orders received on Friday afternoons, and weekends will not be processed until the beginning of the next week.
